Detailed itinerary:-
Day 01: ARRIVE JKI AIRPORT – NAIROBI
Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport - Nairobi and after clearing customs, you will start your trip with a special meet greet by our representative who will welcome you with marigold flower garlands and assist you with your luggage as you are escorted to our minivan.
As bags are loaded you shall be offered chilled cold towels to freshen up with and complimentary chilled mineral water.Your bags shall be tagged by our staff and loaded into the vehicle and drive to the hotel. Along the way you can enjoy a brief insight into the city of Nairobi and its people.
Upon arrival at the Hotel, our representative will assist you check into the hotel. After then your bags shall be taken directly to your rooms by the hotel porters. Lunch and Dinner on own arrangement. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: NAIROBI – MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
Buffet breakfast at the Hotel
0730 hrs - After Breakfast depart for the world famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. This journey takes you through the Great Rift Valley View Point where you will have a stop over for a photographic session.
Descend to the floor of the Rift Valley and continue driving towards The Maasai Mara The reserve, gazetted in 1961, is located west of the Rift Valley and is a natural extension of the Serengeti plains, in Tanzania. The Mara river, the reserve's backbone, traverses north to south heading for its westbound way unto lake Victoria, through the Tanzanian park. This course is the natural barrier crossed every year by the large migratory herds of wildebeests and zebras which march across the two parks.
1230 hrs- Arrive at the Mara Sarova tented Camp www.sarovahotels.com in Maasai Mara for lunch, a cold towel and a welcome drink will be ready for you as you check in and given your room keys. The lodge porters will show you to your rooms and assist you in carrying the luggage. After lunch you will have time to rest.
1600 hrs - Your driver/guide will take you for your first game viewing drive in this magnificent reserve. The greatest attraction in the Mara is watching the animals in their natural element; a lion’s roar, a cheetah making a kill, the herds of wildebeest majorly known for migration, an elephant trumpeting in anger and lots of other animal activities are all very fascinating events.
1830 hrs - Return to the camp after your game drive for dinner and overnight. Overnight at the Mara Sarova Tented Camp

Day 03: MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
Another sunny day in Africa!
0600 hrs - You will wake up this morning to a lovely African sunrise and at the lobby coffee, tea and cookies will be ready for you.
0630 hrs - Drive off to another adventurous safari drive in search of wild animals.
0830 hrs - Return to the camp for a full buffet breakfast. Morning at leisure
1230 hrs - Lunch will be served in the restaurant after which the guests will have time to rest before the evening safari.
1600 hrs - Continue for another exciting evening safari in search of the "big five" the lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and the buffalo. The MARA - now you know the reason that you were drawn to KENYA.
1830 hrs - After the game drive you will be driven back to the Camp Dinner and overnight at Mara Sarova Camp Overnight at the Mara Sarova Tented Camp

Day 04: MAASAI MARA – LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
0600 hrs; Breakfast at the lodge / tented camp.
0730 hrs; Depart towards Lake Nakuru National Park
1230 hrs; Approximate arrival into Sarova Lionhill Game Lodge, Or Lake Nakuru Lodge or Flamingo Camp to a welcome complimentary drink then checked into the lodge.
1300 hrs; A buffet lunch will be ready at the lodge’s dining room. Rest of the afternoon spend at leisure
1600 hrs; This afternoon, you will leave for an afternoon game drive across the Park.
1830 hrs; Drive back to the lodge.
Overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 05: LAKE NAKURU - ABERDARES [ARK] ;

0900 hrs After breakfast depart for Lake Naivasha

Lake Naivasha: - This is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus. The lake is almost 13 kms across, but its waters are shallow with an average depth of five metres. Lake area varies greatly according to rainfall, with an average range between 114 and 991 sq kms. At the beginning of the 20th Century, Naivasha completely dried up and effectively disappeared. The resulting open land was farmed, until heavy rains a few years later caused the lake to return to existence, swallowing up the newly established estates.
1300 hrs;Lunch at the Lodge
Optional Activities [at an extra cost] - Boat Ride to Crescent Island. Crescent Island is a private game sanctuary, which is home to zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, vervet monkeys, hares, genet cats, waterbuck and giraffe. There are no fences and no predators and it is one of the few places in the world where one can wander on foot amongst wild animals

Day 06: ABERDARES [ARK] - MOUNT KENYA;
0700 hrs; Breakfast at the Lodge
0800 hrs; After breakfast you will be assisted to check out and your professional driver/guide will drive you back to Nairobi.
1200 hrs; Approximate time of arrival into Nairobi and straight way dropped at the JKI Airport for your home bound flight.
