DAY 1 - ARRIVE AUCKLAND
On arrival in Auckland, ‘The City of Sails’, seat in coach passengers will be met by our local representative and privately transferred to your hotel. Self drive passengers will collect your rental car at the airport and drive to your hotel.

DAY 2 - AUCKLAND – BAY OF ISLANDS
After breakfast, travel north over Auckland’s Harbour Bridge, along the Hibiscus Coast. There is the opportunity to view mighty Kauri Trees en-route. The journey continues, travelling through Whangarei, Northland’s only major city and port, before arriving in the beautiful Bay of Islands. This afternoon enjoy a ‘Hole in the Rock and Cape Brett’ cruise. Finish your cruise in historic Russell and return by local ferry to Paihia at your leisure. (B)

DAY 3 - BAY OF ISLANDS
After breakfast, spend day at leisure to enjoy the Bay of Islands and Northland.
You might like to book an optional Cape Reinga & 90 Mile Beach day tour, visit the Waitangi Treaty Grounds or take time to explore Kerikeri. Optional activities not included in the tour price. (B)

DAY 4 - BAY OF ISLANDS – AUCKLAND
Depart Paihia and return to Auckland ‘the City of Sails’. (B)

DAY 5 - AUCKLAND – COROMANDEL
After breakfast, depart Auckland travelling along the Seabird Coast to visit Miranda Shorebird Centre. Continue through Thames and Coromandel town, visiting the Rapaura Water gardens and taking a ride on the Driving Creek Railway narrow gauge train en-route. Continue to Whitianga for the night. (B)

DAY 6 - COROMANDEL
After breakfast, visit or view the most famous beaches in the Coromandel area today - Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove, Hahei, Cook's Beach and Mercury Bay. Take the Whitianga (Seat in Coach only, Self drive will take their own car) to continue your tour exploring the Coromandel Pennisula and beaches, including Otama Beach Reserve and Matarangi. Return to Whitianga for the evening. Please note: the exact order of today's tour will depend on daily tidal patterns to allow you to experience Hot Water Beach's thermal waters. (B)

DAY 7 - COROMANDEL – TAURANGA
After breakfast, morning at leisure in Whitianga.
Book one of these optional activities - golf, fishing, horse-riding, visit local museums or shops etc. Optional activities not included in the tour price. This afternoon depart for Tauranga visiting Matatoki Chees Farm en-route. (B)

DAY 8 - TAURANGA – NAPIER
After breakfast, travel south through Rotorua and Taupo before heading east to the coast again and on to the ‘Art Deco City’ of Napier. (B)

DAY 9 - NAPIER
After breakfast, morning at leisure to explore Napier, before joining an afternoon wine tour that will visit and include tastings at 3 local wineries. (B)

DAY 10 - NAPIER – WELLINGTON
After breakfast, travel through the Manawatu Gorge to Palmerston North, before arriving in the ‘Capital City’ of Wellington. (B)

DAY 11 – WELLINGTON
After breakfast, enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Wellington and a short guided tour of Te Papa (the ‘Museum of New Zealand’) before having a free afternoon to explore New Zealand’s capital city. (B)

DAY 12 - WELLINGTON – NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, travel north from Wellington up the Kapiti Coast, through Palmerston North and into Tongariro National Park. This park is dominated by the 3 mountains - Mt Ruapehu, Mt Tongariro and Mt Ngaruahoe. (B)

DAY 13 - NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, free day to enjoy Tongariro National Park.

DAY 14 - NATIONAL PARK – AUCKLAND
After breakfast, depart from National Park and continue north around Lake Taupo, through lush Waikato farmland to arrive in Auckland. (B)
