| TERMS & CONDITIONS |
Cabins and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking
Cruise Cost Includes:
Full board accommodation as booked supplied with shower, air-conditioning, T.V., safe, telephone and all meals excluding drinks and mineral water. Onboard entertainment including the nightclub, library, well equipped gymnasium, swimming pools, sports equipment etc.
Cruise Cost Excludes:
Drinks on-board, cabin service, shore excursions, transfers, personal medical expenses, gratuities, visas, insurance etc.
Visas: All applicable visas as per itinerary have to be obtained before departure.
Payment Terms: Deposit at the time of confirmation: 25% of Total Cost.
Balance payment: 45 days prior to the sail date.
For bookings within 45 days of sailing will require full payments at the time of confirmation.
Payments in US $ will be subject to 1% service charges to the total costing.
Payments will be collected at the prevailing Rate of Exchange on the day of payment. Please check with us the ROE.
Cancellation Terms: 61 days or more prior to sailing date: NIL
60 to 46 days prior to sailing date: 10% of the total cost
45 to 31 days prior to sailing date: 25% of the total cost
30 to 16 days prior to sailing date: 50% of the total cost
15 to 8 days prior to sailing date: 75% of the total cost
7 days or less: 100% Cancellation. No refunds.
