Weather

Greece generally has mild wet winters and hot dry summers. Winter temperatures can be severe in the mountains and even Athens can get viciously cold. Maximum temperatures on the islands hover around 30°C (87°F) in summer, but the heat is often tempered by the northerly wind known as the meltemi .

Detailed itinerary:-


Day 1 Athens
Arrive in Athens, airport transfer to hotel in Athens. Informal orientation and free time to walk around or rest. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2 Athens
Guided tour of Athens, the Acropolis and museum, lunch on your own.Half day, afternoon excursion to Cape Sounion, to view the beautiful sunset. Meals: B

Day 3 Athens - Myconos
Transfer to port of Pireus for ferry to Myconos. Arrive the same day. Meals: B

Day 4 Myconos
Excursion to ancient Dilos (optional). Meals:B

Day 5 Myconos - Santorini
Leave Myconos by ferry and arrive in Santorini (Thira) the same day. Meals: B

Day 6 Santorini
Optional wine tasting tour, tour of the caldera and short boat trips (more information upon request). Meals: B

Day 7 Santorini -Athens
Santorini, leave for Pireus, arrive Athens the same day. Transfer to hotel. Meals: B

Day 8 Athens - Mumbai
Transfer to airport for flight back home. Meals: B
