Day 1 : Biarritz
Arrive Biarritz the is a city on the Bay of Biscay, on the Atlantic coast in the Pyrénées Atlantiques department in southwestern France. It is a luxurious seaside town and is popular with tourists and surfers. Today we head to - compact, affluent and charming - Biarritz has a fame that outweighs its diminutive size. The strong sense of Basque identity still survives amid the towering 19th-century hotels, a legacy of the town's 150-year-old appeal to well-heeled European tourists. The crashing Atlantic Ocean, which seals in Biarritz to the west, now draws surfers from around the world, giving the place an even more cosmopolitan and carefree air.

Day 3 : Biarritz – Bordeaux
Enjoy a delicious breakfast this morning at your hotel. We head to France's wine region – Bordeaux. When hearing about Bordeaux wine is undoubtedly the first thing that comes to mind. Famous the world over, it pleases even the most demanding connoisseur. Whether it is being poured in a bar, accompanying your meal or if you're studying the secrets of Bordeaux in a wine appreciation class; many regional flavors can be discovered from deeply fruity reds to syrupy sweet white wines.

Enjoy a private full day wine tour in the Bordeaux's vineyards! Our knowledgeable guide will drive you throughout the vineyards of the Medoc Region. This tour is a nice way to discover the nice wine region of Bordeaux. During this day your friendly guide will drive you to the chateau road. You will visit Classified Growth estate and family run estate symbol of French Elegance. You will learn about the wine process all the way from the vine to the bottle. Saint-Emilion is a charming village situated to the east of Bordeaux and classified on UNESCO's World Heritage List. The undulating chalky landscape in the Saint Emilion area allows for the perfect drainage of the vines. The terroir is particularly appropriate for the Merlot grape variety.
Day 4 : Bordeaux
Spend a morning away from Bordeaux on this half-day trip to the Bay of Arcachon. On this small-group tour, visit Pyla Dune (Dune du Pyla), the tallest sand dune in Europe, and admire the spectacular views from the top. Explore the town of Arcachon before a visit to an oyster farm for a sample of fresh oysters. Relax on a scenic beach before heading back to Bordeaux. The beautiful Bay of Arcachon is located 45 minutes from Bordeaux. Its 1500 hectares are fed by the Atlantic Ocean forming a lagoon-colored inland sea, bordered on one side by a fine sand dune culminating at 104 meters above sea level: the Dune du Pyla, the tallest sand dune in Europe. From its summit one can admire the beautiful Landes forest. The Bay of Arcachon is also home to the eponymous town where numerous well-to-do French families spend their summer holidays. Day 5 : Bordeaux – Dijon
Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast at the hotel. Later proceed for transfer to Dijon, the capital of Burgundy and is not only renowned for its wine and Dijon mustard but also its beautiful churches and splendid architecture. On arrival transfer to hotel & check in. In the evening, explore the city with visit to the cathedral of Saint-Bénigne with its beautiful three story rotunda. The beautifully decorated church during Christmas, adds to the excitement.

Day 6 : Dijon
Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast at the hotel. You will go on a wine tour of the vineyards of the Cote de Nuits on the small vineyard paths and the Route des Grands Crus. Enjoy the beautiful and renown villages and see the fields that produce some of the most expensive wines in the world. This will be followed by the visit of two wineries , where you will learn the essentials of wine tasting and put them into practice with the tasting of some great wines.

Day 7 : Dijon - Paris
Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast in the morning at the hotel. Proceed to the railway station to board a train to Paris, world's most beautiful, fashionable and artistic capital. On arrival transfer to your hotel and complete check-in procedures. Rest of the day is at leisure. Enjoy an unforgettable evening at the world renowned Moulin Rouge. You will be served half bottle of champagne while watching the show. By selecting an evening at Moulin Rouge Show, enjoy an unforgettable time in the oldest cabaret in Paris that hosts the famous ''French Cancan''.

Day 8 : Paris
Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast in the morning at the hotel. A strong characteristic of the French people is the respect they have for their history and the restoration of their national monuments. The result of this preservation of the past has greatly contributed to the beauty of Paris today. This tour includes the Place de la Concorde, the Avenue des Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. You will then be taken to a prestigious and residential area near the Bois de Boulogne before enjoying a one hour cruise on the River Seine. Finally, enjoy a visit to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower and admire the superb panoramic views over Paris.

The class takes place in the Chef's apartment with a beautiful panoramic view of Paris. Frederic has made a career in the management of luxury restaurants. During morethan 20 years, he has worked for the restaurants of Intercontinental and Accor hotels, and had a fulfilling experience at La Grande Cascade, a famous Parisian Michelin restaurant. He was not in the kitchen at that time, and his conversion as a Chef has occurred at a period of his life when he wanted to have his own business, give free rein to his creativity, and do what he really loves. He now shares the techniques and tips learnt from great Chefs, and designs his own recipes. Trendy and irresistibly delicious, often chosen as a gift, Macarons can be seen in lots of boutique in Paris, you can eat them at any hour of the day. Therefore learn to bake macaroons! Here's a cooking class with a difference - a rare opportunity to go behind the counter of a friendly family local Parisian bakery. We go into the kitchen to learn how to create French baguettes and croissants. Our teacher and demonstrator will be the baker himself. The 2 hours bakery visit and cooking class is very much "hands-on" and you'll need to roll up your sleeves and plunge your arms into the flour to learn the technique for getting that crunchy golden crust with a soft warm centre. You'll have the privilege of watching, step by step, the traditional baguette making process. It's all the little details that make the difference and as the baker has owned his own boulangerie for years and his father and grandfather before him were also bakers, there are plenty of family secrets which have been passed down from generation to generation to share with you.
