Day 1 : Budapest - Cruise on the Danube

On arrival in gem of a city Budapest, enjoy Budapest at your leisure with our Hop on Hop off tour that will show you the most important sights of this city from the river.

The Tour

Get acquainted with the highlights of the capital city of Hungary from the Danube. The tour starts downtown. Passing by the imposing building of the Parliament, you can admire the panorama of Margaret Island. The Castle District, the Royal Castle, Matthias Church, the Fishermen's Bastion are all located on the Castle Hill, the Liberation Monument and the Citadel are on the Gellert Hill. Continuing the tour in the southern direction you can see the bridges of Budapest, the National Theatre and the Palace of Arts. On the way back, you can see the universities of Budapest, the Central Market Hall and some of the elegant hotels of the city.


Day 2 : Budapest - Parliament and City Tour

After breakfast leave for Parliament and City Tour - This tour combines a visit to the impressive parliament building and an introduction to Budapest's major sights.

Take the opportunity to visit the impressive parliament building. After a walk around Hungary's largest building you will visit the magnificent Neo-Gothic Parliament, also known as the Holy Hungarian Crown, on a guided tour through the splendid session rooms and of the impressive staircase. This is followed by a city tour. You will cross the Danube on the Margaret Bridge and drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side of the city. Here you will have some free time to yourself to visit the Fishermen's Bastion, which offers stunning views over the city and the Matthias Church. Our tour will continue to Gellert Hill, before crossing the Elisabeth Bridge and driving towards Heroes' Square. Passing by the Opera and St Stephen's Basilica we reach the Hotel Intercontinental, where this tour ends.

Day 3 : Budapest - Folklore Evening Tour

After breakfast, day at leisure. In evening, enjoy a 3 course menu in a traditional Hungarian restaurant with folkloric show programme.

The Tour

Spend an enjoyable evening in a Traditional restaurant. After an aperitif you will be served a 3 course menu with wine, accompanied by a varied folkloric show programme. On our return to Budapest you will be able to enjoy a marvellous view of the illuminated city from the Citadel. The tour ends at the Hotel Intercontinental or at the Casino (voucher for free admission is included).

Day 4 : Budapest

Szentendre Tour

A tour to the artists' village of Szentendre, including a visit to the Caprice Hungarian Jewellery Centre.

The Tour

We will take you to the picturesque artists' village of Szentendre. We will visit the magnificent Caprice Hungarian Jewellery Centre where you will see a Multimedia Presentation. After coffee and soft drinks at the Marzipanmuseum we will continue our tour with a walk through Szentendre's baroque centre. You will have some free time to yourself before we return to Budapest. The tour ends in the city centre.

Puszta Tour

Spend an unforgettable day in the Puszta which includes a typical Hungarian meal and entertainment.

The Tour

You will be driven to Kecskemet where you will be taken for a guided walk, then further on to Lajosmizsa, where you are welcomed with a traditional Hungarian drink after the great performance of the famous horsemen and a carriage ride through the Puszta, a typical hungarian meal (3 course menu with wine) is served in the 'csarda' accompanied by gipsy music. The tour ends in Budapest at your hotel.

Why not visit one of the largest Spa complex throughout Europe, the Szechenyi Bath and Spa in Budapest. Relax as you indulge in a 25 minute relaxation treatment before making full use of the spa's swimming and thermal pools. A buffet lunch is also included to make this a perfect day of pampering!

The Tour

Why not visit one of the largest Spa complex throughout Europe, the Szechenyi Bath and Spa in Budapest. Szechenyi was the first thermal bath on the Pest side, called the "Artesian bath", and was only a temporary establishment. In 1913 it became a permanent bath and has been the most popular bath and Spa in Budapest since then. You will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to the Szechenyi Bath with a private vehicle. You will experience a day of relaxation whilst treating yourself a 25 minute Body Relaxation Therapy (back, shoulders and neck) with Mobilisation of the Joints. You can also enjoy unlimited use of three large pools; a swimming pool with 910 m2 water surface and 26 C water temperature; a fancy pool with water streaming, effervescent bath, and massaging water beam in 600 m2 water surface and 32 C water temperature; and a thermal sitting pool with 38C water temperature. Lunch is also included in the Bath's buffet restaurant. You can use the pool facilities for the whole day at your leisure.

Day 5 : Budapest Departure

After breakfast, check-out from hotel and transfer to Airport for your flight to India.
