DAY 01: Mumbai - Athens

DAY 02: Athens
After breakfast proceed for a tour of Athens which includes Constitution Square, House of Parliament, Memorial to the Unknown Soldier and the National Library. En route to the Acropolis, you’ll see the Panathenaic Stadium, Temple of the Olympian Zeus and Hadrian’s Arch. On the Acropolis, visit its Museum, the Propylaea, Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and the Parthenon. Rest of the day at leisure to shop and explore the city on your own. Overnight at hotel. |
DAY 03: Athens - Delphi - Athens
After breakfast, proceed for a full day excursion to Delphi. Drive through the fertile plains of Boetia, past the towns of Thebes, Levadia and Arachova, famous for its colorful carpets. Arrive in Delphi, known as the center of the ancient world, whose prestige extended far beyond the boundaries of the Hellenic world. On the slopes of Mount Parnassus, in a landscape of unparalleled beauty and majesty, lie the ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios. Visit the Treasury of the Athenians, Temple of Apollo and the treasure-filled Museum. Return to Athens. Overnight at hotel. |
DAY 04: Athens - Mycenae - Athens
After breakfast we drive along the coastal road to the Corinth Canal. Continue to Mycenae, center of the Mycenean civilization which flourished between the 12th and 16th centuries. Visit the Lion’s Gate, Palace of Mycenae, and the Royal Tombs including the Tomb of Agamemnon. Afternoon, visit to Epidaurus with its 4th-century Theatre, known for its astonishing acoustics. Return to Athens. Overnight At hotel. |
DAY 05: Athens - Mumbai
