Reason being that i enquired with a lot of travel operator and everybody replied saying that the rooms there are full/bookings not available or so.Coming to the tour planning, we felt it was great the travel operator there in Mauritius also was also quite professional. Right from the pickup at the SSR airport in Mauritius on the first day till the drop for the return journey everything was absolutely as per the schedule. The sight seeing was good, the resort as i mentioned earlier was simply eye soothing and i would request you to recommend this resort to the potentials going to Mauritius. Bintan though a bit isolated island had its own fun.I believe that Bintan is a lovely place to relax for 2 days post a busy schedule. But the best part of our Honeymoon we believe was the Star Virgo cruise.The hospitality was over whelming. The number of activites on the cruise were mind boggling. Let me start off by stating that you and your colleagues have done an admirable job in ensuring that all our needs are taken care off and we did enjoy the trip and will look forward to such proposed packages in future from you guys. Barring our stay at Moradabad Govt. Guest House during our onward journey, the rest of the trip was quite good. Good that you quickly took care of that during our return journey as the hotel Manas Sarawar Paradise was good in all respect. There were few negligible hick ups but not worth mentioning as I quickly realized that all the staff members were freshly recruited and they were in their learning phase. The hotel Naini Retreat was excellent and they were willing to go out of the way to help my wife while climbing down the steps etc. What I really liked was the positive attitude of all the staff members and the food quality was simply superb. The room was very good and everything in the room was in tip top condition. The atmosphere was very conducive for few day's relaxation. The car and the driver was also up to the standard and the car a/c was very efficient. The driver Mr. Avtar Singh had personally taken good care of us. Your arrangements that you do are very good and I strongly suggest that all extras should be supplied by you as in the past also my experience says that your arrangements are perfect and very good. The rates quoted and given by local operators with whom we are traveling for the local tour are too much on the higher side. The guides and your arrangements were very good. Friendly people out to help you. The Air booking and seats booked was good. The experience was good as we wanted to enjoy ourselves and that we did. All that matters is the good times. When we have a good time all other smaller glitches were forgotten very easily Thanks for the extra tips we were able to cover a bit more. Booking 1 room till 2.oo pm was good as it is very hot outside after 11.30 till 4.30. The weather even though hot was good as we could really roam around.In next trip all extras are to be also booked by you in advance. This saves us some time and the foreign currency to be paid.
